Next, the surface is cleaned using a highly pressurized Pressure Washer using 220° water. After the railings, curbs, and lower walls are pressure washed, the surface is thoroughly rinsed, revealing a clean concrete floor. Finally, we apply our water sealer to the top floor to prevent erosion due to weather.
